What are the dos and don’ts in Prudential Guarantee??? These are the few (ehem!) things you have to know about the rules inside the number twos…

THE DONTS…

1. Being an early bird…Do not go to office too early…because they expect you to work even if you arrive in the office as early as 7 A.M. they usually get irritated and pissed-off specially if they see you just sitting in your table and doing nothing! (my goodness! do they know the official time??? It’s 8:30!!! and we have all the right to do anything before the official time!!!) They would even prefer if you arrive in the office late and go straight to your daily routine…Funny right?! PGA do not give credit for you being early in the office but inspite they do encourage you to be late…Tsk! Tsk!
2. Do not sit inside the car of James Coyiuto without putting your hanky on the car seat before sitting…Too tidy for a person with a dirty attitude! You treat your people as if they have a very contagious disease! Shame on you cross-dressing faggot!
3. Do not give a gift to a client without justifying it to them that the client deserves to be remembered on their birthday…You have to show James Coyiuto how much the agent/broker produces…otherwise if you cannot justify, get ready to pay the amount spent out of your own pocket…These people doesn’t give any appreciation to the people who helps them to become what they are right now…I guess they have to be treated the same as well! Shame on you!
4. Don’t go home early…They expect you to be in the office late even if you are just pretending to be busy…These people doesn’t know the meaning of quality time with family…
5. Don’t dream of being promoted because alot of people there longer than you are…and have been rotten there for so many years without experiencing the glory of being promoted…there are several qualifications that you need to possess before entering the ranks…

- be a relative of Coyiuto

- be a friend of a Coyiuto (a classmate, a neighbor and the likes…)

- be in the same alma mater of Coyiuto….San Beda!

- be an ass-kisser! (the ultimate pathway to glory!!!)

6. Don’t you dare apply for a personal loan if you do not want be sized up from head to foot…James

Coyiuto will ruin first your ego and personality…make “sumbat” of your indifferences and short-

comings before giving you the sweet yes of a bitter experience with him one-on-one!!!

1. DO BECOME AN ASS-KISSER TO ALL THE COYIUTO FAMILY…IT IS THEIR SOURCE OF POWER AND ENERGY…THE LOVE IT AND WILL LOVE YOU FOR THAT…BUT BE CAREFULL THAT BEING ON TOP IS NOT A BED ROSES…YOU ARE JUST PUTTING YOURSELF TO A LOT OF TROUBLE…THE HIGHER YOU ARE, THE HARDER YOU FALL!!!

Para sa mga empleyado ng Prudential Guarantee and Assurance…

Kaibigan…Nakapaglaro na ba kayo o marahil narinig na ang salitang “Tamagotchi”??? Ang Tamagotchi ay isang laro na pambata kung saan para kayong nagaalaga ng isang may buhay kung saan silay pinapakain…pinatutulog at kung ano ano pa…Alam nyo ba na ang buhay nyo sa puder ng PGA ay parang isang Tamagotchi??? Bakit ko nasabi ito??? Basahin nyo itong mabuti at intindihin ang bawat letrang nakasulat sa munting liham na ito…

Kayo, bilang isang empleyado ng PGA ay isang tamagotchi na kung saan kayo ay kinokontrol ni “Coyiuto”.  Para sa kanila, ikaw ay parang isang bagay lamang…walang damdamin…walang pakiramdam…walang isip…sa madaling salita isa ka lamang laruan sa kanila…papayag ka ba na ganito ang trato sa iyo ng isang amo??? Syempre hindi…sapagkat kayo bilang isang taong may pinagaralan ay nararapat na tratuhin ng tama at wasto…bakit kayo magtitiis sa isang kompanya na mali ang sistema sa pamamalakad??? Wag nyong hayaan na lamunin ng maling sistema o masaklap pa ay maging biktima ng mga halang na kaluluwa kagaya nila Coyiuto??? Hahayaan nyo ba na masayang ang sampung taon nyo sa wala??? Alam ko na marami na sa empleyado ng PGA ang matagal ng nakabinbin ang promosyon na nararapat lamang sa kanila…Bakit hindi ito nakakamtan??? Kasi ang mga umaangat sa loob ng PGA ay ang mga taong alam nila Coyiuto at hindi ang mga taong may alam…Hindi pa huli ang lahat kaibigan…may panahon pa para baguhin ang iyong kinabukasan…Marami din akong alam na kwento na nagpapatunay na mali ang pag trato ng mga Coyiuto sa kanilang mga tao…Kagaya na lamang ng isang empleyado nila na pinatalsik nila dahil sa pakikipag usap sa isang kalaban na insurance company din…Nakita lamang syang nagkakape kasama ang isang “kaibigan” at kinabukasan na lang ay nakaligpit na ang mga gamit nya at ayaw na syang papasukin sa trabaho…Asan ang kaluluwa nyong mga hinayupak kayo! Meron din isang pagkakataon na isang empleyado ang nagkasakit at nasa ospital ng biglang tawagan ni Coyiuto hindi para kamustahin kundi para sermonan sa pagpapabaya ng isang account na hawak nya sabay bitaw ng katagang “You will serve me even at your death bed” eh putang ina pala itong si RCJ isa syang balasubas na mukhang pera!!!

Hindi ba kayo nagtataka kung bakit umalis si Danny Go na isang pinsang buo ni RCJ at lumipat sa kabilang kumpanya??? Marahil ang alam nyo ay dahil sa malaking offer ng isang kumpanya??? Sa palagay ko ay hindi…dahil naniniwala ako na hindi laging applicable na “Blood is Thicker than Water” dahil sa pagkakataong ito ay ginamit lamang nya ang pagiisip nya na hindi habambuhay na umaasa sya sa mga Coyiuto…dahil mismong sila sila na magkakamag anak ay nagaaway ng dahil lang sa pera!!! Kagaya na lamang ni Anthony G. Sy…bakit ba hindi sya makabitaw sa PGA??? dahil alam nyang wala na syang pupuntahan pag nilaglag sya ni Coyiuto kaya ayun…habambuhay na syang nakahalik sa pwet ni RCJ…tama ba ako dun Anton???

Alam ko na medyo maganda ang pasahod sa PGA kahit papano kahit na binabarat nila kayo sa CBA (kasi ginagamit nila sa pagpapasarap ang pera na para sana sa iyo…). Gaya nga ng sabi nila “Para kang nakasandal sa pader” pero ang problema…ang pader na sinandalan nyo ay ang pader na madalas ihiian ng mga aso…in other words…Mapanghe! Kaya aanhin nyo ang maayos na sweldo kung hindi naman tama ang pag trato ng mga tarantadong ito!!!

Kaibigan, ikaw ay may isip at may kakayahang patakbuhin ang sariling buhay…hindi gaya ng isang Tamagotchi na habambuhay nakaasa sa naglalaro sa kanya…Isipin mo na lang ang kinabukasan mo at ng iyong pamilya…hahayaan mo pa bang masayang ang ilan pang taon…Mag isip kang mabuti…Hindi ka isang laruan…

James Coyiuto and Chris Burke (Corky in T.V. sitcom Life Goes On in the late 80’s) – They are almost identical…Chris Burke played as a retarded kid in “Life Goes On”. Just like James Coyiuto…A retarded cross-dresser…

Anthony G. Sy and Hellboy (in flesh) – The perfect match-up…not just Anton looks like this famous character I guess he also acts like a real devil!!!

Point of View : Respect is what we Owe… (Halloween Special)

Don’t do unto other what you don’t want others do unto you….a very common passage and yet an effective one…respect is not something we gain out of power, but respect is something we gain because we deserve it…How can you expect your subordinates respect you if you don’t even respect them as a human??? In the office set-up, we should be “professionals” we all know that most of the people here are educated people and expects to be treated like professionals…am i right mr. anthony g. sy??? In Prudential Guarantee, people here doesn’t know the meaning of respect…(I dont know if there is no letter R in their websters..) you don’t say “tang-ina” or “gago” in an office set-up!!! aside from the fact that it is unethical…it is digusting to know that the people who kept on saying this are the officers of this company that we expect to be role models to their subordinates…and yet this people expects their staffs to respect them despite of their actions??? eh letse pala kayo eh!!! I believe that everything starts from the top…Mr. RCJ, this guy is a monster…if this guy is a monster it will definitely be a domino effect way down to their people…am I right anthony g. sy???

One thing more…what is the purpose of a “lobby”? isnt it is being used as a waiting area of your visitors??? (guest, agents, relatives of your employees and even clients) I remember one time my girlfriend is waiting on their waiting area when they were asked to step out of the building…you know why? because RCJ is coming and this bastard doesnt want anybody on the lobby area…see the attitude of this guy??? (My GF told me hindi ganyan sa accenture, where she used to work)…and yet they have a Coyiuto Foundation named after the Coyiutos…Foundation is for the purpose of caring for people…and yet with that kind of action you don’t even treat your guests as human after all!!! Another instance that these people wont let their staffs and guests to use the elevator…para lang daw yun sa disabled and matanda…then howcome they use it??? sana malumpo kayo!!! See how this people treat their staffs and guests??? I think you better change the name of your foundation to PGA and Associates Foundation and not Coyiuto Foundation…Why? Eh hindi naman galing sa Coyiuto yung funds ng foundation eh…It came from your connections…your solicitations…ang kapal nyo naman gamitin ang Coyiuto sa Foundation nyo…what happened nga pala sa fund na nakulimbat nyo from the previous concerts of Christine Coyiuto??? I remembered 2007 she had 2 concerts and Coyiuto Foundation was used for the fund raising…but I heard that the Coyiuto Foundation was inaugurated mid of September 2008…I was even there…at the Meralco Theater…The same event for the launching of Mr. Coyiuto Sr’s book….

I think you have alot of explanations to do…and I would definitely be happy if DOLE and DTI will have a suport on this…
