Point of View : What We Hate Most…(Part 1)

These are just a few of the things we hate about the following officers of PGA…Kayo na bahalang humusga kung gaano katotoo ang mga ito…

1. Robert Coyiuto Jr. – Palamura at saksakan ng yabang na akala mo kung sino. Akala nya siguro sa sarili nya ay dyos! Kahit na madalas ko syang makausap eh parang laging nagugulat ako sa pag uugali nya.

2. James Coyiuto – Banidoso na hindi mo maintindihan kung maarte lang o talagang bading lang talaga sya. Mapangmata din sya na akala mo eh kung sino.

3. Samuel Coyiuto – Wala naman masyadong masasabi sa taong ito dahil maayos naman sya except sa minsan ay mukhang namimili lang sya ng taong kikilalanin nya. Mukhang bading nga yata talaga ang isang ito.

4. Anton G. Sy – Palamura at saksakan ng walang modo ang ugali. Mayabang din sya at hindi mo malaman kung saan nya kinukuha ang kayabangan nya.

5. Atty. Joaquin Rillo – Puro salita ngunit wala namang boses sa mga empleyado. Ang taong inaasahan mo na kakampi mo sa opisina ay syang mismo ang magkakanulo sayo. Walang kuwentang pulpol na attorney.

6. Hector Ramos – Walang kwentang boss dahil mahilig manlaglag ng tao nya.ert

7. Johnny Hernandez – Manyak…

8. Alvin Tan – Mayabang at feeling masyado sa opisina. Madalas kong makita ang taong ito na walang ginagawa sa opisina nila kundi magbasa lang ng dyaryo. Mahilig din syang mamuna ng kamalian ng iba at patalikod kang chinuchuchu sa mga bosing. Sipsip in other words.

9. Angel Tolentino – Mayabang pero wala namang laman.

10. Beverly Go – Parang walang pinagaralan dahil hindi sya marunong makipagusap sa mga tao. May nagsasabi na tomboy daw ang isang ito pero sa palagay ko naman ay totoo dahil sa maton na pagkilos ng taong ito.

Point of View: PGA Top Sablay Moments (Father’s Day Exclusive)

Below are the top “Sablay PGA Moments” that is well known by most of the employees and I want to share you this. Please be noted that the following events are based on facts though the script used in this post are not accurate but the thought of it is still there.

1. A case of an employee who was not able to report to office due to hospitalization was put into spotlight by his former boss, Hector Ramos due to an account that was not closed because this guy was not present at the office (afcourse because he was hospitalized) Hector trying to save his butt from Robert Coyiuto, Jr. (RCJ) pinpointed this poor guy responsible for what happened After that, RCJ called up this guy who was apparently still confined in the hospital and told him (I don’t know the exact words used but the thought was) “You will serve me even at your deathdbed!!!” This person resigned after recovering from confinement. – Ganyan umasta si RCJ! Parang Dyos!!! Leche ka!!!

2. Yung susunod naman is about dun sa pinatalsik na empleyado ng PGA dahil nakita kamo na kasama ang isang Ex-PGA/Close Relative ng mga Coyiutos na umalis ng kumpanya at lumipat sa ibang insurance company. Dahil sa may alitan nga itong Ex-PGA at Coyiutos eto namang kawawang empleyado ng PGA na wala namang masamang intension kundi kumustahin ang kaibigan pagpasok nya ng opisina ng PGA ay naka kahon na ang mga gamit at tinerminate na…ganyan ba kayo sa mga tao nyo?!? Para kayong abnormal na bata!!!

3. Eto naman ang isa pa, during the Marketing Meeting, a girl Account Officer reported an unclosed account…Nagalit ngayon si RCJ sabay sabing I don’t care how you get your account! Even if it takes you to sleep with the client…you do it!!! (not the exact words) – Ano akala mo sa kumpanya mo RCJ?! Putahan?!!!

4. At eto pa…during a lunch break I don’t know the exact time…Etong si Anton Sy ay bigla daw sinigawan ang isang empleyado dahil sa paglalaro daw ng PSP…ang sabi daw ni Anton “Putang-Ina, anong oras na?! Ganyan pa ang ginagawa mo??? Ayoko ng makita ang pagmumukha mo bukas ha!” I think it was estimated to be around 12:45 PM pa when Anton did that to this poor guy…Grabe!!!

5. And the last one is a case naman kung saan misan daw sumakay ang isang empleyado yata sa auto ni James Coyiuto ng paupo na yung empleyado ay biglang pinigilan ni James at sabay sabing sapinan daw nya ng panyo ang upuan bago umupo dahil baka madumihan ang upuan…Nakakatawa talaga!!! – Napakaselan naman ng baklang James na to!!! Anong akala mo sa pwet ng kasama mo? May tae hindi pa hugas?!

With the following cases presented most probably you already know what is the culture within this damn company. If you are planning to transfer to this company try to think more than a hundred times.

Point of View : The Show Must Go On!!!

First of all I would like to give my sincerest apologies to all avid readers of this blog for being absent for almost 2 weeks…But as you can see I am back again to do business as usual…For those rumormongers spreading gossips that the crazytolits craze has ended…you are dead wrong because the blog will remain for as long as I can…

Actually, the main topic of this blog is about the recently posted comment of no other than “Girls-Watching” and I want you to read my comments for you carefully and read between the lines you idiot!!!

But before I begin, let me share some few facts on how this blog came to start…The purpose of this blog initially was to humiliate the good for nothing Mr. Anton Sy…but then since the blog has evolved and many comments has been received and many subscribers had been reading this blog everyday…It came to a point that the initial plan of revenge was replaced by the purpose of being a “wake-up” call for all…

To begin with…let me just comment line by line the comment of one of the stupid comments of all…

What can I say about the comments posted here? Some issues may be true and correct, but hey crazytolits, be a man and be brave enough since you started all of these… why hide yourself by using alias?

First, Im not that stupid to reveal my identity…I have a life to protect and it shouldnt be compromised by my acts of bravery to save people’s lives…It came from you that some issues are correct why dont you fight for your right??? arent you ashamed that you are expecting other people to save your butts?!? Yes I started this and I will finish this…Promise!!!

Were you turned down when you applied for any company loans?

I don’t need loans…I have lots of money my dear…Kung magloloan lang ako para matain ni James Coyiuto…nevermind…

and besides, you are already out of this company, so why waste your time dealing with these issues? You are no longer part of it anyways… You are just showing the readers that somehow your a loser? Just like a chicken making noise whenever it laid her eggs..

Atleast chicken makes noise just like what I am doing right now…unlike you…mute…blind…and stupid…I deal with this issues…Same as how I deal with my problems…If you have any concern on this…Go mind your own business…Bitch!!!

Grow up people.. don’t just waste any time like this, be more productive and act like responsible and educated ones!

Before you ask the people to act like mature people why dont you first take a look at the people on top of them??? Do you think they are acting like educated professionals??? Its all a domino process if you didnt notice…just like you…no breeding and worthless…Go get a Life!!!

Too much has been said, many issues had been raised already, it may change a lot or may be not, but do you care? You’re no longer in this company to witness and experience whatever impact it may have.

I do this because I care for my friends who are still with your company…Dont you have friends that cares for you??? you are such a loner…

Reality check dudes, life is very hard nowadays, and people inside this company are somehow lucky to keep a high paying jobs,
Lets be honest to ourselves, a lot inside the company are doing nothing and yet they earn more than what they’re doing for the growth of the company…

The reality is that the company you are with is “not real” High paying job??? are you nuts??? Try to compare your payslip with other companies! Are you living in the past??? PGA gives out a raise of Php500.00 every year and you expect us to be grateful?!? Atleast you know that there are lots of people who are “petiks” who gets more compared to others who works hard…Now what do you do with that?!

check and balance people.. if you can’t stand what the coyiuto’s are doing, then move on and find another job.. instead of posting left and right, then what, when the higher ups called your attention and ask to explain… you’re all too AFRAID to face the bosses…
time to think here…. all the money you’ve been giving your family came from this company….

The point is that…hindi komot pinapasweldo ka ng mga gagong Coyiuto na yan ay nabili na nila kaluluwa ninyo…everything has a limitation and it seems that they have been abusing their power over their people…It is a lame excuse that you are using the money they earn to prohibit them to live the way they should deserve…Now think…

I learned through the comments that sobpoenas have been served to a few individuals including the Exes…but what is the point?!? you are just wasting your time and money!!! Try to think twice before doing some drastic actions…you are just making the fire bigger and alot of people not involved might have learned the site because of you (thank you!!!)…thus making me more famous and making you look more like “TAE”. You dont even know if you are barking at the right tree..CATCH ME IF YOU CAN…I AM WAITING FOR YOU!!!

Point of View : Ang PGA at ang Septic Tank (Mabantot na Katotohanan)

Natry nyo na bang umamoy ng isang septic tank? Malamang hindi pa…Para sa mga hindi pa nakakaalam kung ano ang septic tank, ay tinatawag din na “poso negro” (tabi tabi posa mga kumakain) na binabagsakan ng dumi ng tao pagkatapos gumamit ng kubeta…So atleast you can imagine kung gano kasuklam suklam ang amoy nito…

Pano ko naman naikumpara ang PGA sa isang “Septic Tank”??? Simple lang…alam naman natin na nakakasuka ang amoy ng isang septic tank…kagaya na lang ng ugali ng mga tao sa PGA…nakakasuka ang ugali nila…habang papalapit ka na sa pinaka looban nito ay lalo kang nasusuka dahil lalong bumabaho ang amoy nito…at lalo mo nalalaman ang nilalaman ng butas na pinasok mo…Kung ikaw ay isang tao na may malasakit sa sarili mo hindi ka makakatagal sa lugar na ito…pipilitin mong kumawala kahit gaano pa kahirap lumabas sa lugar nito…Pero sa mga tao na nakakatagal sa lugar na ito sila yung mga tao na tuluyan ng nagpalamon sa mabantot na sistema ng kumpanyang ito…mga taong immune na sa mabahong amoy ng septic tank…

Pero sino sino ang mga yun??? Malamang yung mga tao na kumapit na sa patalim dahil sa matinding pangangailangan…mga taong mahihina ang loob na umalis sa kumpanya dahil kinapitan na din sila ng tae sa katawan…mga taong naadik at nagenjoy na sa amoy ng tae…sila yung mga taong nakikinabang na sa masangsang na amoy ng tae…

Pero kaninong tae ba ang pinaguusapan natin dito??? Eh di malamang tae ng mga maiimpluwensyang tao sa loob ng PGA…Si RCJ, JGC, SGC at iba pang alepores nila na patuloy ang magkakalat ng lagim sa loob ng opisina ng PGA…pero paano nangyari yun??? Eh di yung hindi kasikmusikmurang ugali ng mga yung at mga panlalapastangan sa mga empleyado nila.

Tandaan, na ang tae ay marumi at may dala dala itong mikroboyo na maaaring magdulot sakit sa atin katulad ng pagbaba ng self-esteem, pagkawalan ng respeto sa kapwa, pagbaba ng imoralidad at madami pang negatibong epekto sa ating pagiisip…kaya kung kayo ay may malasakit sa sarili nyo at sa kapwa nyo ay dapat pinagiisipan nyo na ngayon kung paano kayo kakawala sa nakakadiring tae na bumabalot sa inyo…

I was surfing online and came across your post. I’ve known Mr. James Cuyiuto for almost 2 years and I have nothing but good words for him. He’s one of the most down-to-earth taipans I know and he is so approachable unlike other executives at his level.

Btw, I am humble sales account manager of one of the stores he buys from and I never felt like I am a lowly person or employee around him. And I have dealt with a lot of rich people with BIG attitudes.

Also, whenever I go to Prudential Office to deliver merchandise, I am always amazed at how friendly and helpful the guards and the staff are. If employees are dissatisfied, then it will surely reflect sa lobby pa lang.

I think if you have a grievance, you should take it up with the HR and avoid doing name-calling and bashing online. Mature and responsible people are pro-active and do not blame other people for their misery.

All I can say that you are being blinded by the people that is being controlled by no other than James Coyiuto himself…Alam mo bang unang unang pinupuna ni JGC ang reception making sure that they will look deceiving dun sa mga tao na pumapasok sa loob ng opisina nila. FYI, pag dumadating si RCJ sa opisina pinapalabas ang lahat ng tao sa lobby dahil ayaw ng hinayupak na RCJ na yan na may nakahambalang sa lobby nila…is that what you call people with BIG ATTITUDE??? and talk to me about maturity and responsibility dahil kung ganun man ako ay yun ang nakuha kong ugali sa kanila nun nandyan pa ako sa puder nila…I’m doing this blog not just for my own sake but for those people that are helplessly bastardized by them…I want to let the people who work and have dealings with PGA what is the true color of the people whom they are dealing with…it is lucky and at the same time pitiful on your part that you are being treated well by those maniacs but all I can say is that it is just a temporary…try to investigate and ask the people working  with PGA how true and authentic yung mga write ups ko dito sa blog.  About satisfaction of employees??? I don’t kmow if you heard news about picketing and strikes na hindi matuloytuloy because iniipit sila ng management ng PGA…the “union busting” is one of their main task right now to stop this threats…now…if employees of PGA are satisfied…howcome they have unions??? try to think first before posting your comment in my blog…you dont just base your feelings on how these people treat you as an individual person…you base it on what the people think who are with them more often…
