Point of View : An Eye For An Eye, A Tooth For A Tooth

This is the second part of my Anton Sy series…

What do we hate about Anthony G. Sy?You might have asked yourself why do we hate this guy so much that we cant stand even a single second being with him…This reincarnate of Satan here on earth…

I have enumerated every negative thing about this guy and its up to you to comment and cite example how true this things are:

1. Palamura – for god’s sake…even if you are a boss of your freaking company doesnt give you the right to say cruel things to your subordinates.

2. Mayabang – hindi lang mayabang…saksakan pa!!! Hoy anton, bawas bawasan mo ang hangin sa katawan mo lalo na pagnakaharap ka sa kliyente mo kasi baka liparin sila sa sobrang hangin mo.

3. Duwag – natry mo na bang mugmura ng hindi mo tao mo at wala kang pinanghahawakan sa kanila? I bet hindi pa kasi duwag kang maresbakan diba?sayang naman yung looks mo kung sakali…

4. Bobo – tama ba ang nabalitaan ko na simpleng memo lang daw eh nagpapatulong ka pa sa mga tauhan mo? Hindi mo ba kayang magconstruct ng sentence? Tanga ka pala eh!!!

5. Kupal – madami ng nagsabi at nagpatunay na kupal ka talaga at nilalaglag mo ang mga sarili mong tao kahit na alam mong nasa lugar sila o wala ka pang katibayan na nagkamali talaga sa kanila para sayo ang kapalpakan ay isang mortal na kasalanan, bakit? Perpekto ka ba?!. Eto ba ang igaganti mo sa pag gawa nila ng tungkulin nila?

Madami pa actually ang mga negatibong masasabi sayo at madaming sumasangayon dito empleyado man ninyo o kliyente nyo pa dati. Kaya kung tinatamaan ka na sa mga sinasabi ko eh magbago ka na para na rin sa kapakanan mo at ng kumpanya nyo. Hindi panghabang panahon ang tinatamasa mong ginhawa pero ang respeto at linis ng pangalan ay bitbit mo kahit na wala ka na. Gumising ka na…hindi pa huli ang lahat.

Point Of View : A Deeper Look…

It seems that everybody is really “craving” for more posts and I just can’t do anything but to give what the majority wants…and ofcourse what the management of PGA is asking (well you provoked me through your dares in your comments and now you’re gonna get it..) LETS DO THIS THE HARD WAY!!!

To begin with…why don’t we go back to the person responsible why this blog existed…I’m talking of you Anthony G. Sy…the man with the iron tongue…nakakatulog ka pa ba knowing that you are aware that everyone within the industry is talking about you??? And most probably bad mouthing also about your foul attitude??? How does it feel to be so helpless like a kitten thrown away??? Perhaps…kinukubli mo na lang ang mukha mo sa kahihiyan…tarantado ka kasi! Bagay lang sayo ito dahil ganito ka din naman sa mga tauhan mo! May nakapagsabi na ba sayo na ang yabang mo? Kung wala pa eh para sabihin ko sayo na ang sarap ihampas ng pagmumukha mo sa pader putang ina mo ka!!! Alam ko naman na sarap na sarap ang feeling mo pag takot sayo ang mga tao mo dahil para sayo katumbas ng takot ay respeto…sinong ulol ang matutuwa sa sira ulo mong sistema?!? Hindi dapat nirerespeto ang bading na kagaya mo na hindi marunong lumaban ng patas…BAKLA KA ANTON!!! Kung nababasa mo ito marahil nanlalambot na ang tuhod mo sa kahihiyan dahil alam mong pagpyepyestahan nanaman ito ng madaming tao…enjoy diba???

Hintayin mo pa ang mga susunod kong post para sayo at asahan mong hindi kita tatantanan hindot ka!!!

Anton, if you have the dick, I dare you personally talk to the person you suspect…let us play the name game…one mistake and sa kangkungan ka pupulutin…Tandaan mo hindi lahat nadadaan sa init ng ulo…cheers!!!

Point of View : The Show Must Go On!!!

First of all I would like to give my sincerest apologies to all avid readers of this blog for being absent for almost 2 weeks…But as you can see I am back again to do business as usual…For those rumormongers spreading gossips that the crazytolits craze has ended…you are dead wrong because the blog will remain for as long as I can…

Actually, the main topic of this blog is about the recently posted comment of no other than “Girls-Watching” and I want you to read my comments for you carefully and read between the lines you idiot!!!

But before I begin, let me share some few facts on how this blog came to start…The purpose of this blog initially was to humiliate the good for nothing Mr. Anton Sy…but then since the blog has evolved and many comments has been received and many subscribers had been reading this blog everyday…It came to a point that the initial plan of revenge was replaced by the purpose of being a “wake-up” call for all…

To begin with…let me just comment line by line the comment of one of the stupid comments of all…

What can I say about the comments posted here? Some issues may be true and correct, but hey crazytolits, be a man and be brave enough since you started all of these… why hide yourself by using alias?

First, Im not that stupid to reveal my identity…I have a life to protect and it shouldnt be compromised by my acts of bravery to save people’s lives…It came from you that some issues are correct why dont you fight for your right??? arent you ashamed that you are expecting other people to save your butts?!? Yes I started this and I will finish this…Promise!!!

Were you turned down when you applied for any company loans?

I don’t need loans…I have lots of money my dear…Kung magloloan lang ako para matain ni James Coyiuto…nevermind…

and besides, you are already out of this company, so why waste your time dealing with these issues? You are no longer part of it anyways… You are just showing the readers that somehow your a loser? Just like a chicken making noise whenever it laid her eggs..

Atleast chicken makes noise just like what I am doing right now…unlike you…mute…blind…and stupid…I deal with this issues…Same as how I deal with my problems…If you have any concern on this…Go mind your own business…Bitch!!!

Grow up people.. don’t just waste any time like this, be more productive and act like responsible and educated ones!

Before you ask the people to act like mature people why dont you first take a look at the people on top of them??? Do you think they are acting like educated professionals??? Its all a domino process if you didnt notice…just like you…no breeding and worthless…Go get a Life!!!

Too much has been said, many issues had been raised already, it may change a lot or may be not, but do you care? You’re no longer in this company to witness and experience whatever impact it may have.

I do this because I care for my friends who are still with your company…Dont you have friends that cares for you??? you are such a loner…

Reality check dudes, life is very hard nowadays, and people inside this company are somehow lucky to keep a high paying jobs,
Lets be honest to ourselves, a lot inside the company are doing nothing and yet they earn more than what they’re doing for the growth of the company…

The reality is that the company you are with is “not real” High paying job??? are you nuts??? Try to compare your payslip with other companies! Are you living in the past??? PGA gives out a raise of Php500.00 every year and you expect us to be grateful?!? Atleast you know that there are lots of people who are “petiks” who gets more compared to others who works hard…Now what do you do with that?!

check and balance people.. if you can’t stand what the coyiuto’s are doing, then move on and find another job.. instead of posting left and right, then what, when the higher ups called your attention and ask to explain… you’re all too AFRAID to face the bosses…
time to think here…. all the money you’ve been giving your family came from this company….

The point is that…hindi komot pinapasweldo ka ng mga gagong Coyiuto na yan ay nabili na nila kaluluwa ninyo…everything has a limitation and it seems that they have been abusing their power over their people…It is a lame excuse that you are using the money they earn to prohibit them to live the way they should deserve…Now think…

I learned through the comments that sobpoenas have been served to a few individuals including the Exes…but what is the point?!? you are just wasting your time and money!!! Try to think twice before doing some drastic actions…you are just making the fire bigger and alot of people not involved might have learned the site because of you (thank you!!!)…thus making me more famous and making you look more like “TAE”. You dont even know if you are barking at the right tree..CATCH ME IF YOU CAN…I AM WAITING FOR YOU!!!

Point of View : Top 5 Gawad Parangal (Exclusive!)

Sa tingin ko lang ay dapat sa pagkakataon na ito ay itabi muna natin ang pagpuna sa mga kapalpakan sa sistema ng Prudential Guarantee at bigyan ng pansin ang mga taong ika nga ay “commendable” ang performance at nararapat lamang na bigyan ng parangal kahit sa simpleng pamamaraan lamang. Ito ay ang mga sumusunod:

1. Ferdie Romero – Wala na akong masasabi pa sa determinasyon sa trabaho ng taong ito. Pag sya ay nangako ay siguradong magagawa nya ito. Isa lamang ito sa mga taong dapat bigyan ng pahalaga ng PGA.

2. Divine Riego – Kung pagharap sa pressure lang ang pag uusapan ay wala ng makakatalo pa sa tindi ng power ng taong ito. Paminsan minsan man ay hindi mo maipinta ang mood nito ay marunong din naman kumabig kahit papano…isa syang magandang ehemplo na dapat tularan ng mga empleyado.

3. Ben Napone – ito ay isa lamang sa mga officer ng kumpanyang ito na madaling lapitan…Simple lamang ang taong ito at walang kaere ere sa katawan.

4. Ate Celia (Reyna ng Zerox) – Hindi rin pwedeng mawala sa top 5 ang nag iisang “nanay sa PGA”. Bilib naman talaga ako sa taos na pagtratrabaho ni nanay at naniniwala akong maipagmamalaki sya talaga hindi lamang ng kanyang mga anak kundi pati na rin ng mga taong malalapit sa kanya.

5. Mang Bunao – Isa rin ito sa mga tigasin ng PGA pero malambot din naman ang puso. Marahil paminsan ay nasisista ka ng mamang ito pero hindi mo naman sya masisi dahil trabaho nya iyon. Pero sya ay isang totoong tao na malalapitan mo palagi. Saludo ako sayo.

At yan po ang unang bahagi ng aking Top 5 na “commendable” na empleyado ng PGA. Naway maging ehemplo sila sa inyo at magsilbing inspirasyon sa lahat ng bagay na ginagawa ninyo.

“” He’s one of the most down-to-earth taipans I know and he is so approachable unlike other executives at his level. “” – nyari ka nga tlga… u know him for 2 years only as ur customer… if u just look or ask the people around him, mapapahiya ka lang… approachable??? sya ang nilalapitan ng mga employees when it comes to loans.. pinapahirapan nya ang mga tao na mgloan, kulang na lang lumuhod sa kanya at halikan ang paa… pinipili dn nya kung cno ang pgbbgyan nya mgloan.. bkt ayaw nya mgpaloan eh pera dn nmn ng mga tao un?? puro discrimination pa ssabihin sau.. pg magloloan pa ang mga empleyado kelangan p nya papuntahin sa ofc nya as early as 7am pero haharapin ka nya ng 8:30. ganyan sya kakupal.. meron dn me nalaman na one time, may mgloloan na empleyado (guy), he asked this guy how much, nsa 5k lang nmn ung iloloan nya.. then JGC told him na hntayin sya after ofc sa reception.. hinintay nga sya nung staff then gave a check worth 20k.. and just said “bayaran m n lng ako kpg maluwag luwag ka na”…. well, i’m not sure if may nirequest pang iba c JGC dun sa staff… kau na lang mgjudge or mgisip dyan sa kwentong yan.. one thing for sure, it’s a true story coz ung staff mismo ang ngkwento….

“”I think if you have a grievance, you should take it up with the HR””” – the question is “will the HR people hear their grievances??”, mas mabuti pa ngang iuntog n lng sa pader ung ulo kesa mgsayang ng laway sa knila especially with Rillo… isa pa yang walang hiya eh.. naturingang abogado at HR manager pero obvious nmn na pro-management lang sya at bale wala sa knya ang side ng mga empleyado.. ultimo nga sa mismong HR department lang eh may nangyyari ng kupalan.. ngsisiraan ung mga tao para lang may mapatalsik at etong c rillo eh wlang gnawang action dhil ksabwat dn sya, baka dn kc mabuking ng mga amo nya gngawa nya…. hngang kay samuel lang nkarating yan dhil ayaw ipagsabi kina james, mr. rico at rcj dhil malaking gulo mngyayari..

wla ng ibang lalapitan ang mga tao dhil d m malalaman kung cno b dpat ang pagkatiwalaan at mhihingan ng tulong… kya nga may union eh… ang kaso khit union nhihirapan dn dhil sa mga kupal na management… dinadaan lhat sa pera.. khit sec ng labor nbbayaran n nila para lng d matuloy ang strike… iba tlga nggawa ng pera…..
