Point of View : The War Has Begun??? (I Dont Think So…)
The war has begun??? But i dont feel that you are retalliating…are you?! As far as this silent war is concerned…my war against PGA has begun long ago and it was receiving alot of hits and comments so far…and im lovin the figures and everything so far including your dirty filthy jobs revealed by whom??? Your ex-employees and the worst even your present employees just lurking within the 4 walls of your office. Isnt it a shame that alot of people despise you more than anything else in this world??? Submitted sobpoenas that will lead to investigation…didnt you realize that doing that will also make you open to investigation to see if there is a reality in my blog??? How sure are you that a few of the random employees that will be interviewed by nbi or the worse dole will defend and stand at your side??? You are just making things complicated for you…Dept. Of Labor will definitely be knocking at your office soon enough…and now tell me who is the loser in this war??? Instead of fighting back and wasting your time why not using your energy in a more productive way like “changing” for the betterment of your company and your employees as well..am i right?? Because this blog will remain as a lesson for you not to mess with people you think is not capable…Anton, i give you an “A” for guts…but its not good enough…I guess you have to go back to the old drawing board…haha!

Instead of fighting back and wasting your time why not using your energy in a more productive way like “changing” for the betterment of your company and your employees as well..am i right?? – well, goodluck if they can change their ways… sana nga sa pagbalik ni RCJ from states eh nrealize na nya yang mga bagay na gnawa nya.. lalo pa ngaun, na by-pass sya, bwal na ang magalit ng bonggang bongga…. as if naman he can do that.. eh likas na sa kanya ang mgmura ng todo…. sana pati dn mga galamay nya magbago na……

As to Deaprtment of Labor- akalain mo, no overtime pay and we work for several hours extension para ma meet and deadline, tapos we are not entitled to overtime pay. May ipinalabas nga na pwede na daw mag overtime with pay but you have to file 2 days in advance, eh pano po yung mga emergency work na kailangan may over time right there and then, one thing more, kailang under the supervision of your head. eh mayaman po ang head namin(Sabi niya), di po niya ata kailangan ng extra overtime pay, tutal sipsip naman po siya eh.
Isa pa pala, we have this casual who had been with our branch for a year i and so, bakit kaya hindi parin siya nagiging regular di po ba labag yan sa batas.
