Point of View : Crazytolits Blog (A revenge or an eye-opener)

First of all, I would like to thank you for your support and for the comments and it was really educational and interesting to read.

The Crazytolits craze has been up for more than 5 months and it all started with just a regular journal where I can put my thoughts and everything I want to say about anything which happens to include PGA until such time that the blog became known to a few readers and now has become popular to people (approx 500+ readers visit my blog everyday) for me, the regular journal has evolved into an “institution” that will serve as a place for PGA and ex-PGA to share their thoughts without the presence of fear. This blog became iconic and at the same time served as the “bible” for people who doesn’t know yet the bad process within this company.

For me, this blog will be the eye-opener specially for PGA officers to change…to correct what is wrong and to maintain what is right. And this is a challenge for them to fix what used to be “broken” One reader of this blog is right…the reason why this blog exist is because there is an anomaly inside the company that needs to be addressed…but how? The head of HR Atty. Rillo doesnt have any concern nor have the guts to stand for the employees…the answer to that problem was answered by this blog…there is no need for rallies and picketing…A silent war such as this one is enough to awaken the sleeping minds of unscruplous officers of PGA.
