I was surfing online and came across your post. I’ve known Mr. James Cuyiuto for almost 2 years and I have nothing but good words for him. He’s one of the most down-to-earth taipans I know and he is so approachable unlike other executives at his level.
Btw, I am humble sales account manager of one of the stores he buys from and I never felt like I am a lowly person or employee around him. And I have dealt with a lot of rich people with BIG attitudes.
Also, whenever I go to Prudential Office to deliver merchandise, I am always amazed at how friendly and helpful the guards and the staff are. If employees are dissatisfied, then it will surely reflect sa lobby pa lang.
I think if you have a grievance, you should take it up with the HR and avoid doing name-calling and bashing online. Mature and responsible people are pro-active and do not blame other people for their misery.
All I can say that you are being blinded by the people that is being controlled by no other than James Coyiuto himself…Alam mo bang unang unang pinupuna ni JGC ang reception making sure that they will look deceiving dun sa mga tao na pumapasok sa loob ng opisina nila. FYI, pag dumadating si RCJ sa opisina pinapalabas ang lahat ng tao sa lobby dahil ayaw ng hinayupak na RCJ na yan na may nakahambalang sa lobby nila…is that what you call people with BIG ATTITUDE??? and talk to me about maturity and responsibility dahil kung ganun man ako ay yun ang nakuha kong ugali sa kanila nun nandyan pa ako sa puder nila…I’m doing this blog not just for my own sake but for those people that are helplessly bastardized by them…I want to let the people who work and have dealings with PGA what is the true color of the people whom they are dealing with…it is lucky and at the same time pitiful on your part that you are being treated well by those maniacs but all I can say is that it is just a temporary…try to investigate and ask the people working with PGA how true and authentic yung mga write ups ko dito sa blog. About satisfaction of employees??? I don’t kmow if you heard news about picketing and strikes na hindi matuloytuloy because iniipit sila ng management ng PGA…the “union busting” is one of their main task right now to stop this threats…now…if employees of PGA are satisfied…howcome they have unions??? try to think first before posting your comment in my blog…you dont just base your feelings on how these people treat you as an individual person…you base it on what the people think who are with them more often…

pare ko, tuwing kailan mo lang ba nakakausap si james? ilang oras mo ba sya nakakahalubilo? syempre itatago nya baho nya sa ibang tao! mas gusto nyang gaguhin at bastusin ang mga empleyadong alam nyang walang kakayanang lumaban. kung tratuhin nya ang mga empleyado, parang katulong.. trickle down yan mula sa itaas. ginagago sya ni robert na sarili nyang kapatid, e hindi naman nya pwedeng sawayin yun kasi nga naman san sya pupulutin? so ipapasa nya panggagago sa mga nasa ibaba nya. actually, ang staff ang ultimate na kawawa. yung mga officers at mga sipsip na ginagagao rin, ang staff nila ang napapagbuntungan nila. e since sila na yung nasa ibaba, sino pa pagbabalingan nila? kaya nga mabuti itong blog na ito para kahit papaano, mailabas ng mga kawawang pga employees ang sama ng loob nila at maibulgar ang mga katarantaduhang nangyayari sa loob ng opisina.
kung ang basihan mo para sabihin na masaya ang mga empleyado ng pga ay ang pagiging matulungin at magalang ng mga guards at receptionists, lubhang nagkakamali ka kaibigan. mas maaamoy mo ang baho ng tae habang ikaw ay papalapit dito. ganun din kay james, sa mga coyiutos at sa mga alipores nila. at para ring tae, pag nasanay ka na sa amoy, at immune ka na, pwede mo nang i-ignore. pero kung ikaw ay isang taong may malasakit, kung hindi mo kayang linisin, ipagsasabi mo sa ibang tao para ito ay maiwasan nila!
and yung sinabi mo na “I think if you have a grievance, you should take it up with the HR…”, pare, magbasa-basa ka muna ng ibang posts at comments. kung kay rilyo mo rin lang ilalapit grievances mo, mas mabuti pang iuntog mo na lang ulo mo sa pader. pag nagkabukol ka, at least may nakuha ka! e wala namang bukambibig yang hayop na yan kundi wala syang magawa at desisyon lahat ng mga coyiutos ang masusunod. e wala naman pala syang silbi e bakit pa’t nakaupo syang head ng HR??? para buwagin ang union! sa mga banta ng strike, dapat sya ang mamagitan sa union at management. pero ano ginagawa nya? nilalaglag nya ang mga empleyado at wala syang ginagawa tungkol ditto sa union busting! hindi nya alam na tulad ng iba, pag nawalan na sya ng silbi, katapusan na nya!

Correct si Bro Tolits, Mr. Salesman, gaano mo na katagal kakilala yan mga yan? Pag pumapasok si RCJ sa lobby ang mga empleyado ay pinapapasok ng mga guards sa may stairways hangang makasakay siya ng elevator, ikaw naman sa elevator pag inabutan ka ni RCJ sa loob ng elevator ay siguradong lalabas ka na ng elevator, dahil ayaw nito may stop between floors. At yung sinasabi mong mga down to earth taipans, thats bulshit Mr. Salesman, have you heard RCJ magalit, example ko na lang yung Account ng PEPSI nag-mumura ng P.I. , MERALCO ganon din,. Tapos yung mga cheke nila pambayad sa mga client kailangan at the time na kukunin dun lang nila pipirmahan, dahil sayang lang daw kung pipirma sila e hindi pa naman nila wiwithdrawhin, baka sakali umangat pa pera nila.

“” He’s one of the most down-to-earth taipans I know and he is so approachable unlike other executives at his level. “” – nyari ka nga tlga… u know him for 2 years only as ur customer… if u just look or ask the people around him, mapapahiya ka lang… approachable??? sya ang nilalapitan ng mga employees when it comes to loans.. pinapahirapan nya ang mga tao na mgloan, kulang na lang lumuhod sa kanya at halikan ang paa… pinipili dn nya kung cno ang pgbbgyan nya mgloan.. bkt ayaw nya mgpaloan eh pera dn nmn ng mga tao un?? puro discrimination pa ssabihin sau.. pg magloloan pa ang mga empleyado kelangan p nya papuntahin sa ofc nya as early as 7am pero haharapin ka nya ng 8:30. ganyan sya kakupal.. meron dn me nalaman na one time, may mgloloan na empleyado (guy), he asked this guy how much, nsa 5k lang nmn ung iloloan nya.. then JGC told him na hntayin sya after ofc sa reception.. hinintay nga sya nung staff then gave a check worth 20k.. and just said “bayaran m n lng ako kpg maluwag luwag ka na”…. well, i’m not sure if may nirequest pang iba c JGC dun sa staff… kau na lang mgjudge or mgisip dyan sa kwentong yan.. one thing for sure, it’s a true story coz ung staff mismo ang ngkwento….

wla ng ibang lalapitan ang mga tao dhil d m malalaman kung cno b dpat ang pagkatiwalaan at mhihingan ng tulong… kya nga may union eh… ang kaso khit union nhihirapan dn dhil sa mga kupal na management… dinadaan lhat sa pera.. khit sec ng labor nbbayaran n nila para lng d matuloy ang strike… iba tlga nggawa ng pera…..

Ito pa ang isang pasabog, regarding kay Samuel, do you remember the driver of Samuel mga late 1990’s, naka-usap ko cya not so long time ago, successful na cya ngayon at hindi na cya under kay Samuel, he has his own taxi now, pag-kat itong driver daw ay pinaalis ni RCJ dahil nakakahalata na si chairman sa relasyon ni Samuel at ni driver/bodyguard, so walang nagawa si Samuel, pero sa humanitarian reason e nag-bigyan naman ni Samuel ng taxi para mabuhay nman un tao. Yes, ur sources is 99.9% true, ganyan din ang kwento ng dati nya kasamahan sa akin mga 4 yrs. ago na ang nakakaraan, kilala ko yan driver nya ( i forgot his name ), tahimik lang at pangiti-ngiti lang ung tao, mukha naman mabait, pag di ako nagkakamali cguro mga 5 yrs. din naging driver nya. Type nya ay parang promdi at silent type, ganyan ang image nung guy.
Attention to all readers…huag naman puro read na lang read at w8 na lang lagi ng bago…dont hesitate & be brave to write ur comment , base on what u experience in the hands of some abuse people from lower level to higher position there at pga. What can I say about the comments posted here? Some issues may be true and correct, but hey crazytolits, be a man and be brave enough since you started all of these… why hide yourself by using alias?
Were you turned down when you applied for any company loans? and besides, you are already out of this company, so why waste your time dealing with these issues? You are no longer part of it anyways… You are just showing the readers that somehow your a loser? Just like a chicken making noise whenever it laid her eggs..
Grow up people.. don’t just waste any time like this, be more productive and act like responsible and educated ones!
Too much has been said, many issues had been raised already, it may change a lot or may be not, but do you care? You’re no longer in this company to witness and experience whatever impact it may have.
Reality check dudes, life is very hard nowadays, and people inside this company are somehow lucky to keep a high paying jobs,

Mga bro musta n kyo? Matagal tagal na rin ako nwala sa bagbabasa ng mga comments nyo.
