How bad is bad??? Its just that this company, by the time they are courting you to get an insurance to them specifically the big accounts…you are being pampered from head to foot…Everyday visitation by them…Lunch at their ever precious penthouse…Dinner anywhere and all the howshao balony and bacon mushroom melt thing…you get it…but mind you…once you give your “my precious” yesss to this people I guarantee you as their company name implies…all the promises of good services is good to nothing bye bye!…How??? slow issuance of policy that might take you 2 weeks before getting it…Claim cheque is being held pending with no reason at all…its just they want to piss the client…Promises…promises and nothing but broken promises…well everything will get back to their usual “palasuyo” ways once your policy is 1 month away from renewal…OMG! Arent you people know the meaning of Good Customer Service??? well aside from giving a super diving below tariff rates you give nothing to your valued clients…Why? If i were the client I wouldnt think twice going to another Insurance company far more better that the good for nothing PGA…
