Point of View : Respect is what we Owe… (Halloween Special)

Don’t do unto other what you don’t want others do unto you….a very common passage and yet an effective one…respect is not something we gain out of power, but respect is something we gain because we deserve it…How can you expect your subordinates respect you if you don’t even respect them as a human??? In the office set-up, we should be “professionals” we all know that most of the people here are educated people and expects to be treated like professionals…am i right mr. anthony g. sy??? In Prudential Guarantee, people here doesn’t know the meaning of respect…(I dont know if there is no letter R in their websters..) you don’t say “tang-ina” or “gago” in an office set-up!!! aside from the fact that it is unethical…it is digusting to know that the people who kept on saying this are the officers of this company that we expect to be role models to their subordinates…and yet this people expects their staffs to respect them despite of their actions??? eh letse pala kayo eh!!! I believe that everything starts from the top…Mr. RCJ, this guy is a monster…if this guy is a monster it will definitely be a domino effect way down to their people…am I right anthony g. sy???

One thing more…what is the purpose of a “lobby”? isnt it is being used as a waiting area of your visitors??? (guest, agents, relatives of your employees and even clients) I remember one time my girlfriend is waiting on their waiting area when they were asked to step out of the building…you know why? because RCJ is coming and this bastard doesnt want anybody on the lobby area…see the attitude of this guy??? (My GF told me hindi ganyan sa accenture, where she used to work)…and yet they have a Coyiuto Foundation named after the Coyiutos…Foundation is for the purpose of caring for people…and yet with that kind of action you don’t even treat your guests as human after all!!! Another instance that these people wont let their staffs and guests to use the elevator…para lang daw yun sa disabled and matanda…then howcome they use it??? sana malumpo kayo!!! See how this people treat their staffs and guests??? I think you better change the name of your foundation to PGA and Associates Foundation and not Coyiuto Foundation…Why? Eh hindi naman galing sa Coyiuto yung funds ng foundation eh…It came from your connections…your solicitations…ang kapal nyo naman gamitin ang Coyiuto sa Foundation nyo…what happened nga pala sa fund na nakulimbat nyo from the previous concerts of Christine Coyiuto??? I remembered 2007 she had 2 concerts and Coyiuto Foundation was used for the fund raising…but I heard that the Coyiuto Foundation was inaugurated mid of September 2008…I was even there…at the Meralco Theater…The same event for the launching of Mr. Coyiuto Sr’s book….

I think you have alot of explanations to do…and I would definitely be happy if DOLE and DTI will have a suport on this…

Point of View : Walang Alikabok Ang Hindi Nakapupuwing…

I believe that every employee has the right to be heard and the right to be treated well…It is a code of conduct…But we cannot take away the fact that there are some “dork” employers who uses power over their subbordinates…Employers who think that the people under them are just slaves and doesnt have the right to live the right way…Yeah! I’m talking about you PGA!!! You have to stick in your coconut shell if you still have one the saying “Walang Alikabok Ang Hindi Nakapupuwing…” And the living truth is what is happening right now…You may be our god when you are in the office and I know that you enjoy having fun with us thinking that we will not fight back because we have nowhere to run…But you are wrong…Be careful who you are stepping to coz time will come that all the bastard things you are doing to will definitely go back to you hundred times…Karma!!! This blog will serve as wake up call not just to you but to all companies who are doing the same thing to their employees…I summon all the people against PGA to unite and boycott this company being lead by the forces of evil…

Point of View : How To Be Promoted To VP in PGA

Being promoted in PGA (Prudential Guarantee Assurance, Inc.) is a tough experience for you have to undergo several steps and pre-requisites before you can be called “The Ultimate” I have listed the following pointers for those PGA’ers aspiring to be on top. (Spoiler Alert! : if you are not ready to be promoted and still enjoying the luxury of being in the non-management rank…please stop from here! Being on the top and rubbing elbows with the Coyiutos is not a bed of roses for those who thinks the pathway to glory is in their hands already…Im afraid to tell you that it is a different story…

1. Give-up your social life…being a VP will cause your social life to a non-man’s island for you have to attend numerous meetings that you have to stay in the office until 12AM and report in the office early at about 7A.M…

2. Consider your office as your literal new home…Please refer to number 1 for more details…

3. Learn to speak and act like an animal in steroids…Because you have nobody higher than you that you can boomerang all the “Putang-Ina’s” and the “Tarantados” you received…you still have your staff to absorb it right???

4. You have to make sipsip to all the people you need to cling on…choose your friends wisely…befriend the relatives of Coyiutos..because they will be the one to bring you up there…

5. Cheer for San Beda during NCAA and let Coyiuto know that you came from that school and that you are with the same Alma Mater…Coyiuto will give you a break…I promise…

6. Watch the concert of Christine Coyiuto and tell James Coyiuto that you are a fan of classical music and you are a fan of Christine Coyiuto…you will be blessed with a round-trip plane ticket to any destination in the Philippines…Thanks to Coyiuto Foundation!

7. Treat your boss to the haven of PGA…Figaro! Have a good bonding with them and I am sure you are close enough to fame…

8. Always be on top of everything! Contribute and afterwards volunteer to do all the chores and reports that they request…Be their slave..they love it…

9. Survive the “murahan” moments with them…if you can digest it by smiling after the moments…you are closer to promotion…

10. And lastly…The moment of truth…If you can demand to change the schedule of Thursday Marketing Meetings to Friday…YOU ARE THE MAN!!! maybe you are not just qualified to be an AVP…maybe a personal adviser of Coyiutos!

But I tell you…being on top is not as good as being down…The higher you are…the harder you fall…If this pre-requisitesdid not work for you…better scram…because the next think you will hear from them is…YOU ARE FIRED!!!

Point of View : Doing The Prudent Way

The Devil

Just slipped into my mind again my experience from my previous employer that really made the way I look at the chinese people differently…This non-life insurance company known as Prudential Guarantee Assurance, Inc. or PGA as they usually call it is the Philippines #2 our should I say the “dirty gamer” when it comes to catering non-life insurance here in our country…but despite the reputation they get for their so-called “Prudent” services to their client lies a dark side that whoever succumbs into it will surely despise the people behind the company. Anyway, PGA is owned by the Coyiutos…the same people who owns the well-known and as I also believe the sole distributor of European cars such as Porsche and Audi and has a sister life insurance company called the First Life Insurance.

What is so mysterious about the people behind the #2??? Inhuman treatment to their staff, the forcible robbing of this company to their staff (which will be discussed in the latter part of this blog) and the helluva life in the 4 walls of this evil company…Lets begin with Mr. Anthony Sy who is the Vice President for their Marketing (Broker and agent division) and who happens to be the first cousin of Mr. Robert Coyiuto, Jr. a.k.a. RCJ…this handsome-looking guy is nothing much but a bitch trying hard businessman, animal in steroids, and as what I hear is a “gay”. This bastard thinks his’ staffs are his “katulong” in his house…His foul mouth is nothing more than a “Foul-Words Machine” running 1,000 foul words per second need not just a listerine to clean it but as i suppose takes a alot of muriatic acid combined with lactacid for it to be 99% clean…I remember this guy shouting on me for being relaxed during a 12:00 break-time…take note, it was a lunch break…He should be thankful I still have a little bit of respect for him considering I am in his “territory” and I dont want to make any scandal inside the office. This guy is also responsible for the coutless turn-overs of marketing people in PGA for the attitude of this bitch is a “hopeless case”…This little Beelzebub needs more, more, more and more improvement in handling his people for time will come he will just drop dead and be thrown out somewhere for doing such a dirty tactics…May he rest in peace…(Anton, if you will be reading this blog…please take a basic course in IIAP…you will be needing this…) Now…Step out of that office and Scram…Putang Ina Mo!!!

Second is Mr. James G. Coyiuto…the certified cross-dresser of PGA…this big bad gay pig, under-de-saya is the VP/Treasurer of the company who finance nothing but the piano recital of his wife Christine Coyiuto who is nothing but a trying hard pianist…no talent at all my dear…My own hypothesis in this set up…I guess, James is trying to protect something about him that he has to do a great favor for his wife Christine that if he disobeyed her she will definitely drop a bomb on him…Well sorry James…I guess I was too good enough to analyze it that I just deciphered the code…YOU ARE A GAY!!! just like your brother Sam Coyiuto. James even have the guts to use the “Coyiuto Foundation” (which I think never existed!) for them to be able to solicit money other companies which in the end will be used to finance the next show of his wife…I remember Cebu Pacific donated number of local trip tickets to James and as what I remembered and If im not mistaken was given to his minions…(mga pasunuring tuta) for them to travel to Boracay…shame on them!!! (kelan pa naging charity ng Coyiuto Foundation and mamigay ng ticket sa mga may kayang tao nya and take note…Travel to Boracay! may it be business or pleasure…Mahiya naman kayo sa balat nyo!!!)

Lastly and of course not the least is the owner/CEO/President/Bullshit of all Mr. Robert Coyiuto, Jr….This mayabang person should be put in a cage full of lions…This dumbass fears no one and nothing more to say about this guy for he owns every negative things you can think in your lifetime…One secret about this guy…Beware those people who are planning to buy cars in PGACars…Are you sure this are brand new vehicles??? Or was it test-driven by the man of the house no other than RCJ…kasi I’mjust wondering papalit palit ng sasakyan si RCJ whenever he visits the Head Office…

PGA in my own point of view is not so bad at all…the training there is great!!! As the saying goes…If you came from PGA…you must be good!!! lahat ng pagsubok ay kaya mo ng harapin!!!

I am so happy that with my 2 1/2 stay in that company I am so glad that I am still alive and I swore to myself that when the right time comes I will get back to them…I promise…
